Tai Chi and Chi Gung Class in Leeds

The lovely and talented Barney Bardsley is starting another sequence of lunchtime classes in Leeds City Centre on fridays. What a wonderful way of spending a lunchtime and setting ourselves up for the weekend!

These classes are run as a cycle of four, using the gentle breath and movement sequences of T’ai Chi/Chi Kung, and the principles of the Alexander Technique, to promote poise and equilibrium in body and mind. Suitable for all.

Come to as many – or as few – as you like. Pay on the day but PLEASE PRE-BOOK as places are limited.

  1. Clearing the Head, Friday 29 April, 12.30 – 1.30 pm. £5.
  2. Releasing the Back, Friday 13 May, 12.30 – 1.30 pm. £5.
  3. Oiling the Joints, Friday 20 May, 12.30 – 1.30 pm.£5.
  4. Return to the Centre, Friday 27 May, 12.30 – 1.30 pm £5.
