Try Yoga To Improve Your Wellbeing

As many of my patients know, I am a keen Yoga practitioner and cannot recommend Om Yoga in Farsley, Leeds highly enough. Hatha yoga is a great way to move our Qi and Blood. When our Qi flows freely, we are in a place of balance and stay well. Concentration on the breath also encourages us to stay in the moment, letting go of any troublesome thoughts and anxieties. The sense of deep relaxation I gain from the Yoga Niddra practiced at the end of my yoga session allows me to act for the rest of my day from a place of calm deep wellbeing.
